Return & Refund Policy

At HangerLoop, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

General Policy

  1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery.

  2. We provide reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items in that order.

  3. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address.

  4. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability at your area pincode.

  5. Returned product(s) must be in the same condition as delivered, properly packed with all original tags and security tag intact. Broken/missing security tag = no return accepted.

  6. Products returned in poor condition or worn will not be eligible for refund.

  7. Please allow 7 days for return processing. Refunds for prepaid orders will reflect in your bank account within this period.

  8. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  9. For all returned orders, the refund/store credit will be processed only after the returned product reaches our warehouse. You will be notified via email/contact number.

  10. Refunds / Bank Transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders.

  11. For COD orders, store credit will be issued within 1-2 working days after the product has reached our warehouse. This credit will be sent to your registered email/contact number.

  12. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale Period Policy

During Sale Events / Special Discounts:

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be available to ensure smooth and secure transactions.

  • Returns will not be accepted. However, customers can opt for an easy exchange if required.

  • All other conditions (packaging, tags, damage reporting, timelines, etc.) remain the same as the general policy.
